Any advice on moving to Hawaii!?

Moving to Hawaii, would like to have a place to live when i get there, do people get timeshares then get a place! Or can you secure a place before you get there! Any deals anyone know of??

dont do it...... unless you make more than 60,000 a yr...

we moved over 6 years ago...and it is so expensive...more so than ever....

moving back to mainland in a couple of months

dont do it....just come to visit!!! Great vacation spot....but not to live

Well, I haven't been there since I was a little girl but from what I remember of it, there's housing if you are in the army. It's a beautiful place to live but still, there are few job choices.

A timeshare is for only a week or two, and then out you go. I would secure a job first, then look at a place to live. I was on the Big Island (Hawai'i) a couple of weeks ago on vacation....... so warm........ and gas was $3.85 a gallon, milk was $7 a gallon, a bag of bagels was $5.... EXPENSIVE!!!! The price to pay to live in paradise......
