An amusing lds and IF moment.

An employee that does services for my husband's employer. Struck up a chat with my hubby the other day, about Idaho. Seems her daughter moved to Idaho Falls. My husband asked, "How does she like there? She replied, "Don't know yet, but she drives over the state line on Sunday to have a cocktail...Idaho Falls is full of Mormons you know. All the bars are closed on Sunday." My hubby just said, "Yeah, I heard that." and smiled.

I asked him, "Did you tell her you were lds..." he said, "Nah, no point in it."

He found the whole thing amusing.:)

Your DH is a decent guy ...he responded in a smart way. He's level-headed and sounds like he uses a lot of common sense.

agreed. I know way too many people who think they must preach what they practice and must defend themselves no matter what.

Yes, being married to me, he has learn to pick his battles and not be pushy
