| Idaho Home Prices CNN/Money reports that Idaho home prices were up 17.5% during 2006, the greatest increase of any state in the nation. Boise home prices rose 26.5%, second in the nation only to Bend OR's 30%. But Idaho still remains relatively affordable, with home prices and living costs below the national average. Hi, I was on a website this morning that showed forclosure homes in several states not Idaho...but in Colorado it showed forclosure homes for under $150,000. That surprised me...I thought homes there would have been higher than that. I'm going to see if other bank sights have a forclosure list for Idaho. This bank even offers to finance it. Izzy |
