How do you know which elementary school your kids will attend when you move

to Chicago? Southwest side, W 33rd street, bridgeport, mckinley park area. South of Stevenson Expressway, Pilsen & West of Armour Square. Does this area have good quality elementary & high schools? Is this a low or high crime area?
