Families with disabled siblings and adults with disabilities will need to think twice about moving to or living in Illinois. In May 2008, a new ranking has ranked Illinois 51st place---that's right, 51st place for services for people with disabilities, which is worse than even Mississippi. And to make it even worse, Illinois is actually proud of it! And not just that, but apparently, fewer than 10,000 people, out of the 12.8 million that live in Illinois want improvements! Also, Illinois even appears to be a totally deceitful state with a predatory attitude towards special needs people not allready living in Illinois, especially with empty promises of the best quality services in the whole wide world, friendliness, and it's apparent outside cleanliness and architecture. But once the disabled person moves to Illinois and the waiting is over, the person is immediately met with arguments, isolation, demoralization, hostility, disruption of Medicaid, and nightmares so terrible and big you don't even want to imagine them! Subsidized apartments are also ridiculously expensive, there is no Section 811 housing, no homebuyers programs, and homelessness is extremely widespread. Also, to make it even worse still, trying to fit yourself into society as a disabled/special needs person is like trying to fit a Brontosaurus into a bathtub because Illinoisans in general are very rude, selfish, snobby, and only like to mingle with those that are rich and fast paced. And it is no surprise that Illinois is continuing to go from bad to much worse as friendliness goes south and hostility and more corruption pours in. Illinois is literally sinking like the Titanic.

In fact, by the way, I recently discovered a rather cool looking nationwide program called the National Alliance on Mental Illness, or, more commonly known as "Nami." Well, the nation wide program has in fact recently graded Illinois an "F" on services for the mentally ill.
