How would I go about moving to Illinois if my mother agrees to let me

move out of Indiana? I am going to be seventeen on April the 3rd. I already support myself(buy my groceries, things like that. I have held a job for over eight months now), my mother and I do not get along at all. I have a reasonable plan for living once I get to Illinois. I grew up there and that is why I would like to move back. I have a place to stay(with a really close friend who is 18 years old. I have known him for over two years now. I pay for all of my own things already (with the exception of my cell phone, the roof over my head, and my car insurance). I would like to know how I would go about this legally if I have my mom's permission to move out already. I just need to know what to do. When I get back to Illinois I plan on getting another job and keeping it for a while and also finishing school. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you.
