Indiana Home Prices

CNN/Money reports Indiana home prices overall remained flat in the 3rd Quarter 2006.

"The biggest 12-month price drop reported in any metro area, 6.1 percent, occurred in Anderson, Ind. That city's economy is allied to the foundering automotive industry." the report continues.

Kokomo home prices also fell 2%, Gary-Hammond fell 1%, with Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis and South Bend all down 5% over the previous year.
