Iowa Home Prices

CNN/Money reports Iowa home prices were stable or rose slightly in 2006.

Cedar Rapids and Waterloo/Cedar Falls rose 2.5%, metro Omaha and Quad Cities up 1.4%, while Des Moines dropped 1.3% over the year.

Iowa looks like a pretty state and has the kind of climate I like, but I don't think it's gay friendly, or that there is especially much to do there.
