| The truth about Iowa?
I've read plenty of bad about Iowa like tornadoes, "old fashioned" (not up on the times), etc. Good news: Low prices, low taxes. Iowa looks good for me. It's not too expensive, it's pretty, however there's ONE issue - well two: Do the tornadoes typically cause a LOT of damage to homes, or tear down homes? I have 0 experience with tornadoes, sorry. I'm sure it thunderstorms a lot there too, since that usually is the precursor for a tornado? Also, is it really really conservative, or do cities like Des Moines fare okay as far as gay friendly & liberal? |

Avoid buying a mobile home, tornadoes are either attracted by the metal, or by the pink flamingo's. Everytime I see tornadoes on the news, they hit mobile home parks.
