Moving to Maine?

Oh lucky you. Maine is a wonderful place to live. And believe me you will not have any trouble finding a place to live for a young outdoor family. It's all outdoors. Just google The State of Maine. There is probably a job bank for you to look at and real estate pages. The air is so clean in Maine.
Did you ever live North before? It will be quite a change from Florida. A bit cooler in the winter. Remember woolen clothes won't hold moisture like cotton fabrics. Wool breathes and can keep you warm even if you are wet. Nylon socks can make your feet sweat and freeze. Polypropeline and neoprene are similar to the way wool wicks away moisture.
Alaska is another wonderful place to live. Excellent schools. Very modern in Fairbanks and Anchorage. But the places to live are outside of the cities and big towns. Homeschooling is good way to go as well. Plenty of outdoor things to do in Alaska.

Would like to move to Maine from Florida. I was wanting to get some information like good places to live ( working as a RN) that is geared for a young outdoor family. Any other information is greatly appreciated. Thank you

take warm clothes,,,lot's of very warm clothes :-)
