After moving to tax-free Oregon, do I still owe state taxes to Maine?

I moved to OR a few weeks ago, and have just begun working. Do I need to do something particular (register to vote, change driver's license, etc) to change my residency so that I need not pay taxes to the state of Maine?
I understand I must pay on the income I earned while living/working in ME, but will they also try to tax me on my OR earnings?
Also, I plan to return to Maine from May to Oct. to live and work, then will move to Arizona for the winter. If AZ is also free of state taxes, will I then be considered a resident of that state for the time while I am there? I just don't want to have to pay Maine taxes on money earned outside the state.
I hope this makes sense. Please feel free to ask for clarification. Thank you in advance for your help.
I understand that I'll pay taxes to ME on income I earned in ME. I just don't want to pay taxes to ME on money earned in OR.
Additionally, how does one go about "changing one's residency"? I am assuming that the business of changing my address in the Post Office is not adequate.

You won't have to pay income taxes in Maine on monies earned in Oregon.
Residency is acquired by registering your vehicle in Oregon, utility bills, property taxes paid to that state. Any of these should be sufficient.
Maine requires that an individual live in a state for more then 6 months to avoid certain taxes.
