I want to move to maryland? I live in CA now?

I love the hispanic culture and I love learning spanish!! I like to be around hispanic people and even spent 3 months in Costa Rica
Will I hate living in Maryland?
WHats the latino population like?
I know D.C. has a good amount of Hispanics?

Being so close to Washington D.C. I would think you will have quite a bit of diversity
