I havent gotten the eviction yet just wondering how many days i legally have in maryland when served with an eviction

What does the eviction notice say? That will be the answer.

Normal evictions can be 30 days, an emergency eviction can give you an hour (for instance, if you are actively damaging the property).

It really depends on how busy the courts are. Once service...it can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days. BTW..legally you have to move out before an eviction is filed....especially when you fail to pay rent. The purpose of an eviction to to remove an illegal tenant.
