I spoke once to someone in another city in the Midwest why there are so many Mexicans there in need of mental illness treatment (free from the government of course) because you wouldn't think mentally ill are being brought in to do the low-wage hard work jobs and he said they are brought by family members -- who of course don't expect to pay for them themselves. Many are actually brought in legally so the taxpayers can pay for them.
