That looks really nice...but I think they will be overpriced.

Yeah that is a nice deal.. I have a link here some place of all the casinos coming to the area.. they are saying we will be the Las Vegas on the Gulf Coast. Lots of money will be in the area.. they are counting on the Snowbirds.. people who lived in the cold areas of the US, to buy the condos and live here during the cold months.. to enjoy our warmer winters. we shall see.. hope it means more money for me too.. =)

Are they planning on time shares down there as well? Have you heard?

The Casino I work at has time shares attached to the back of it. And yes there are other time shares opening up down here.
