Moving to Mississippi Gulfcoast need to know about schools and community?

Hello , i am a mother of 3 children , i am moving to the gulf coast of Mississippi . I want to move in a area that has alot to offer my children. A good community where there are alot structured youth programs .
I also would like to know which public schools are the best or have a good homeschooling organization .
Any information would be helpful thank you

expect alot of hurricanes.....the gulf gets hit allll the time....lived in fl on the east coast. its nice here in volusia county better than mississippi
