| Army family moving to Gulfport, MS...never lived near the ocean..any advice
about the area? Army family moving to Gulfport, MS...never lived near the ocean..any advice about the area? I am interested in knowing what to expect living in a beach community..never lived this close to a beach..anything in particular I should know,such as the salt-air ruining my outside furniture? Are hurricanes very frequent? Does it rain often? Is there any bad areas that you would suggest staying away from? Is everything still in shambles or has things gotten back to as normal as they can be? We do not gamble, so that isn't an interest for us, but we are hunters, fishermen, campers, etc. so anything about that would help..we also have 3 kids, 2 of them teenage boys..Thank you for any help you all can tell us.. |
