commute for work, any advice? looking for low cost of living, in a good community, will need work, i currently work for a bank and my husband is unemployed, will need cheap rental house with at least 3bedrooms and pref a yard, thanks for your help.

Prepare for a new reality. I lived in S.F. Bay area. Big incomes but huge expences. Explore your area well before moving or have a big nestegg to carry you for awhile.
