If I have a warrant in Oregon and I move to Montana, could I be sent back to Oregon?

My crime is only a misdemeanor. I was just wondering because I want to leave this State. I want to get a fresh start!

Yes. Just turn yourself in first and get it over with. They will probably just book and release you the same day if you don't have a terrible criminal history.
