| I'm thinking of moving from Santa Ana, CA. where I pay rent to the Las
Vegas area in approx. 1yrs time or so I really don't drive and would use public transportation or bicycle ride most places. My price range would be 200-250 grand. A friend suggested The district area in Green Valley or Henderson.
I've lived in CA. my whole life and it's overated as far as the sticky humid summer's half the time and personal and business taxes are hedious, terrible traffic, gangs . I don't see the benefit from renting here or owning. You don't get much for your buck here in O.C. unless your wealthy.
I thought a change would be good and really have a chance to own something instead of renting on the outskirts of Las Vegas area.
If someone can give me the pros and cons of living in Las Vegas. The hot weather doesn't bother me at all and most of the time it's a dry heat and it's about 3 months or so out of the year. There's give and take in all aspects of life.
Your attitude goes along way in life as far as changing places to live.
CA. is so so overpriced and overvalued it ridiculous.
