Can I get a CPA license in CA and move to Nevada and work there?

Whats the difference between taking the CPA exam in CAlifornia and Nevada. Im graduating this spring in accounting and I always wanted to move to Nevada. Will the Nevada CPA examiners take me? Or what if I stay here, take the exam and pass and THEN move to Nevada. What is the deal with different states and CPA exams, arent they all the same??

If its anything like the contractor's exams, they are different. However California is probably tougher. They let just about anyone do anything over here.
