If I knew anything about Jersey...I would reply. What are the home prices in Jersey. We are looking for a home under $200,000.

Well we packed up and moved out of New Jersey. It was getting too expensive to live there. (and that was in 1996)

New Jersey has plently of Diners!! They do have great food! Cheap as well. But I am moving out of Jersey real soon, way to expensive to live here!!

I believe you will have a difficult time finding a nice home for under $200,000.
(and property taxes are extremely high)

Agree with you on the food. New Jersey has great restaurants and food.

When i left my town, houses were $200,000 for a handyman special...now they are a whopping half a mil!!! and don't even have 2 bathrooms!

I do miss the diners..LOL..the town i was born and raised in (HACKENSACK) has the worlds smallest diner, it is called The White Manor. had the most delicious food i ever had.

I lived about 10 mins from the Lincoln tunnel, no cows..LOL..and the roads to go anywhere were so miserable, so congested..it was a chore to go to any mall.

I hate to tell you but you can't even live in a ghetto for that money..and even if you could, the taxes alone would put you under..that's why we moved here to Fl.
