| moving to New Mexico from Texas...any advice on movers?
Need to hire movers and don't know exactly what I am getting into. Anyone out there hired movers for across state lines, before? Was it full service...packing...loading/unloading...storage...materials...etc.? What should I ask of a moving co.? I live in a one bedroom apt. and don't have very much furniture and one company already quoted this move at over $5,000.00!!! Seems to be too much, said that I may over 10,000 cubic feet of stuff...I only live in a 600sq ft aptm!! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
