| I am moving to Albuquerque and was wondering what I can expect to pay per month
in utilities(h2o,gas,elec)? I am going to be living in an apartment and want to know how much I can afford. I have a basic idea for cable and internet but the other utilities i'm not sure on. Thanks

We live on the NE side of Albuquerque in an Apartment. Out utilities range from $160 - $200 a month (more in the winter) for a 3 bedroom 1300 sq ft with 3 kids. Some apartments include utilites (on Montgomery you see the signs all the time 'Utilities Included') and you can get away with a 1 Br for $500 a month. We just got the 3 for $99 per month with Comcast (TV / Phone / Internet). It's a fairly inexpensive place to live. Welcome!
