Moving from Buffalo NY, to either CA, or FL?

I am currently 19 years old, I plan on going to college, then hopefully after getting some sort of degree, moving to Florida, or California, I was wondering what some of the pros & cons of both are. Also I am curious to know if its a smart idea to just go to college in FL, or CA, and just live there form then, or is it better to go to school here first then move? Well I am looking forward to any answers I can get, I appreciate it very much, Thank you.

Well I would move to Florida before California. My reasoning can not be discussed on here without having a mob of people complain about my post.

I was born and raised in Buffalo, and moved out when I was 17 - first to Massachusetts, then I left for Germany and never came back. First and foremost, I suggest getting out of Buffalo as soon as you can. Where to doesn't really matter - just get out. You should study somwhere according to what you want to study, and you can still move on somewhere else from there.

Since I left in 1989 I have lived in Africa, Asia, and Europe. I never even once thought about going back. Buffalo is a nice place to visit for 2 or 3 days every other year or so, but I still don't understand what anyone actually does there.
