M/I Homes

I am having a M/I Home built. They have been great to deal with up to now. They have a community host who not only assist sales with some things but encourages get together within the the subdivision. There design center is pretty well stocked as well for easy picking. They are considered a semi custom home builder. They have Models to choose from at each subdivision but they allow for you to add or subtract an idea as long as it is structurally possible. I don't own stock and I am not directly affiliated with M/I homes beside buying one. This is strictly a home buying experience. I will keep you updated as we come closer to closing.

I liked M/I Homes when I was looking in the Charlotte area. I remember looking at the development where you are building.

AZ kind of spoiled us. AZ stirred up competition during it's booming years making it easy to find the house of your desire. Coming here to NC I loved the homes on the outside but when we viewed the inside and It did nothing for me till I seen what M/I had to offer in my price range.
