I'm moving to Cleveland and need advice on places to live!?

I'm going to Case Western in the fall and, never having been to Cleveland, don't know the nice areas of town and the places that a girl living alone doesn't need to be living. If anyone knows the area, knows of good rental companies (or bad ones!) or what a bad area may be, please let me know! As I said, I will be on my own so places that you would let your daughter/sister/mother live by herself!
