I just moved from Oklahoma to Oregon. What's the best way to file my taxes?

And I've only lived in Oregon 4 months. Is there a minimum amount I have to make before I have to file?

By law, you file for what you make. If you lived in OK for 8 months, you'll pay for those months. If you lived in Oregon for 4 months, you'll have to pay for those.
