| Ground Ripples?
My family is new to Oregon. I've seen and heard a little about "ground ripples" in Oregon and California. Is this a problem common to the entire, coastal northwest? I would like to hear more about this sort of thing - perhaps especially where it pertains to properties that have been developed for several years as I already know what risks they are sometimes taking with new construction everywhere.
