which city is the best in OREGON to move to ?

i want to move to OREGON from CA, and im looking for a city that i can finde affordable place to rent and good college to go and have a good job.

Depends. What is "affordable", what would be your major, and do you like big city or small town, rain and trees, lots of rain and beach, or dry desert?
