I See the SUN!!!!!

The long lost sun has been spotted in Portland Oregon along with BLUE SKY!!!!! I was starting to think we were in a nuclear winter. I now know what Noah felt after 40 days of rain..... actually, it has rained for nearly 40 days non-stop in Portland before. Everyday!!!! Seriously!!!!

I wondered how you were faring as we could look past your place and see Mt. St. Helen's and even Mt. Rainier.
It astounds me to see Ranier - it's got to be 180 miles or more away.
In the Rockies, when you're already at 7,000 ft or so, even with mountains up to 14,000 ft, you can't see more than 70 miles. I'm not sure I understand but I suppose that I now live at 250ft and I'm looking at mantanyas over 10,000?

Clouds are moving in and tomorrow's forecast.... RAIN!!!!!

On a clear day, you can see Rainier, Mt Hood, Mt Jefferson, St Helens, and Mt Adams... all within a couple of miles.
