| Moved to North Carolina with a Pennsylvania learners permit? License?
Hi My family and I just moved to North Carolina. And my brother has a PA learners permit. He is just about up his 6 months of permit driving time. Can he get his license in North Carolina, or does he have to start over the permit process, or can he go back to PA and get his license and then transfer it to NC. We have all ready changed our address to NC so I don’t know if that will affect going back to PA to get his license. |
