| I'm searching for my friend that moved to rhode island i know her full name but i
need to get her number how ? I don't really know where to start my search.Is there away i can find out if she has a cell phone in her name?on her mailing address whatever help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. she is my dearest and beloved friends i really need to find her.

You can try www.switchboard.com or try www.superpages.com and click on the people pages link. Cell phones aren't easy to track, I don't know of a site to get those numbers from. If you know of her last known address, you can try sending a letter to it and hope it will be forwarded. Post offices forward mail for 1 year.
