Forum software change. October 19th.

I have decided to change the forum over to vBulletin, which is the same thing that City-Data uses and I use on my other forums. This MyBB doesn't quite have all the administration features and other random features that I would like if this forum is going to grow large. There should be no downtime if everything goes smoothly and all information will be transferred. The site will just look slightly different, you will probably need to log back in, and possibly update your profile.

Don't forget to invite your City-Data friends.
