New server and some bugs fixed

I moved us to a new server at a different webhost overnight. I also managed to fix the issue with pages not reloading and looking stuck when a new thread is submitted. This should have fixed the issue that some were having while trying to post polls too.

Nice job Admin. It loaded faster too.

I also was inspired by your move and update, and redid my web page too. =)
