someonenew Newbie Join Date: Jan 28th, 2008 Posts: 1	Married in South Carolina, seperated and moved to Texas - where can I file for divorce? I married my husband in South Carolina. We have since seperated and I have moved to Texas. Can I file for divorce in Texas, or must it be in South Carolina? I have been living in Texas for 6 months.
