moving to myrtle beach?

well i am moving to myrtle beach soon. i would like to live in a CLEAN AND SAFE community and have a nice beach close by. i would like to not be anymore farther than 10 minutes from the ocean. what is the weather like? i am a registered male nurse so i want to know what my salaries would be? i am planning on buying a home for around $375,000? is that a decent price? and can i be confortable and have a nice home? please tell me everything you know and make everything as detailed as possible! thanks.

I am moving there too soon. Most people like down near Murrells Inlet and Surfside. There are also areas of North Myrtle Beach that are very nice also. You can for sure by a very nice home for what you are saying you plan to spend.
Today the highs are in the 70's and the low is in the mid 60's. That is way better than where I am right now in Minnesota....lol

it sounds like you'd like Carolina Forest. it's sort of a self-contained "town" outside of MB, that has lots of transplants from up north. You're probably between 10 to 20 minutes from the beach. It is very family-oriented, which means it is clean and safe.

I don't know what $375k will get you, you may want to ask a real estate agent from that area.
