Village of Baxter

Baxter is one of the nicest planned communities that I have seen in a long time. It is not just homes, but shared green spaces, a school, YMCA, library, clinic, shops, restaurants, community pool, and more. It is a little expensive compared to other places in the area, but it looks like it is probably worth the price. The commute to Charlotte is reasonable too.

I traveled down to Baxter the other day when I went to look at a Ryan model. It was a very nice area and a nice community. It is pricey though.
