One thing I never thought about

I put some thought into relocating, but one thing that never crossed my mind was area floral differences. Seems that I have alergies in SC and I never had them in MA. It also rarely deep feezes down here, so they are constant.

I did look into that. I found myself devoloping an allergies in the desert due to the scalping of the lawns and golf courses. Twice a year for 2 months or more each I suffered. I made sure they didn't do that here. No one had even heard of scalping here. So no real allergies to speak of that I have noticed.

OK, what's scalping?

Alergies are a wild card for sure. In Washington mold and mildew are big "inside" alergies, and at times during the spring to summer we have cottonwood trees that nail many people for weeks. Many here go south to get away from the alergies in the north, obviously MyAzi did the opposite.

Luckily we are not allergic to cats!

I even get allergies in Florida. Not as bad as up north because up north everything bloomed at once.

It's funny I lived in NY and now in AZ for 19 years and I don't have allergies. I went to Charlotte last June and I had allergies. It should be interesting I'm moving in Charlotte next week.

It's been a while since you moved. But I have to ask, "Did you get allergies?"

I moved to Charleston for a project. Never got an allergy. But the "No-see-ums" ate me alive. I have scar's on my arms. Little buggers were terrible.
