Hermosa, Piedmont

I went through the flood in 72. It's sad to hear that Hermosa and Piedmont both got hit. And FEMA said, "There's not enough people there to worry about."

From FEMA what do you expect. Lately they haven't been the best.

In all honesty they said that it was too small of a disaster for FEMA, that local red cross, national guard, and local agencies should handle it. I kind of understand it.
