Should we move from Cincinnati, OH to Knoxville, TN...?

My wife (27) and I (26) both live in Cincinnati but are considering a move to Knoxville (or somewhere nearby). We're both employed and have great jobs here, but are wondering if the more southern style of life would be a better way to raise kids (don't have any yet, but hopefully soon..) She grew up in far Eastern Kentucky - I've lived in the Cinci area my whole life. Just wanting some thoughts/opinions/suggestions from people who know more about the South.

not much of a real change from CINN to Knox..not really...every n'er do well is moving into East TN from places like FL...you couldn't get me to live in E TN although therre are worse places than city city of Knoxville and surrounding areas..

frankly I wouldn't do it
