Beautiful countryside

Moved here 2 months ago and it's just so beautiful and the people are so friendly.

Moved from Clearwater, Florida.
Now we have a log cabin on a small lake with a couple of acres. Way out in the sticks. LOL

Is there any extreme weather in Tenn? What are house prices like?

We were in TN during the winter months. This was back in the 80's. We were there during an ice storm. I really don't think it lasts too long though.
Now on the other hand, they can have tornadoes during the warm months.
