Regarding the anti-hind parts law, the government does that sort of thing to the public's unconsenting hind parts all the time, and now it's suddenly illegal for two people to do that with each other willingly? Hypocrisy!

As for the other part of the law... would it be legal or illegal to sell it as a [false modesty inspired euphemism for said object] if the object resembled a farm animal's [euphemistic term] rather than a human's? I mean, it can be sold as that device if it looks like an animal, but it can't be sold in that manner if it looks er, true to life. So, what category does it fall under if it's sold as a, er, specific true to life portion of a farm animal's anatomy?
