yes good jobs in edu. dont most of the places are good for price wages are good why dont you check out cost of living .com i think thats it google it it might be .net or something that site is really good to see

Name a city.. any city. Yes there are jobs in Education. There is a big lack in teachers all across the country right now.. so if your a teacher, then there is a good chance there is a job for you.

It cost less to live outside the city proper.

Sorry can not answer the last 2.
