El Paso Weather

HOT, HOT, HOT!

And now windy.. with gust up to 50 mph.

Today it is 104.. we have been in the triple digits for a week now.. we get a couple days of 93-97 and then we are back in the triple digit temps once again.

Man I wish I had a pool.

Re: El Paso Weather

Is it early in the year for these types of temps?

Yes it is..

I was speaking with a friend of mine today on the phone in Galveston, and they have very little rain there so far this year.. we agree that means a huge Hurricane is due to hit this year.

I read on-line some place that the earth is starting to change its tilt.. and that temps and weather, and global warming, and all that is the earth changing due to the different tilt.

I'll go back to some Velakovsky models:
-Warming causes glacial melt at the poles.
-Water runs downhill. That would mean - the equator.
- The weight that was ice at the poles becomes water-weight at the equator.
- Either slowly ~or~ all-of-a-sudden, under pressure from the weight change, the earth tilts on it's axis.
- Texas winds up just about where North Dakota is now.
- Catfish ... this means that Mexico ends up about where you are now. (had to happen, didn't it?)
- On an up-note ... we're finally rid of those dang Canadians - they is over the North Pole and probably frozen.
- On a down-note ... with all the other changes (insert Tsunami here), we might not be around to enjoy it.
- Boulder, CO and perhaps a little tiny town called Hemp, GA are about all that survive the flood-waters.
- Gas prices become temporarily irrelevant.

Peace
