Low Income Apartments in Utah

The following link will take you to a county-by-county listing of rental properties for low or fixed-income folks and for disabled. These listings are subsidized by Rural Development (a division of USDA) or by the authority listed.

MFH Rentals (USDA RD) County Selections

*note: as the name implies, Rural Development subsidizes in "rural" areas hence, do not expect listings in Urban areas.

You can change the specifics of the link to look in other states as well. You'll find the whole state-name is spelled in one part and the official abbreviation in another. Simply type in your state of interest and delete whatever was there first.

I just noticed that. Excellent link.

That's a good reference to pass on to others when the question is asked. I notice that it comes up quite a bit over at CD.

Thanks, Wyody.
