Spring Has Finally Sprung!!!

YEAH!!! Okay people of WA I think it is finally here! It is so nice out today and supposed to stay nice for a while. I know we will still have rain and overcast skies but the days are LONNNNNNGGGG not getting dark till close to 10PM and no more coats! Light jackets are enough!

The flowers are blooming and the trees are getting really thick and green. Gotta love Spring!

It's about time.

I was there at the end of April and it was snowing.

Yesterday was really HOT...but today it was a bit cooler and nice out. Went to a car show at XXX Burger place and had fun. It was just nice being outside!!!!

get warm weather around here and everybody and their brother comes out of the woodwork. It's like christmas at home depot and lowes, total traffic jam getting into seattle on Saturday evening... and people start complaining about how HOT it is. Mama nature can't win around here!

No kidding!!!! It was packed everywhere I went! And the cyclists...OMG!!! They were everywhere! I don't mind so much but they have bike lanes for a reason!!! Get out of my way! I don't like going 20mph in a 40.

We did a fast trip to Pullman & back last weekend. Palouse Falls is very impressive right now with the spring surge of melt and runoff. And we saw peregrine falcons (three of them!) fly over us while we were there.

Late summer now. I walked from my place to Northgate this morning ... some of the blackberries are ripe. Hope to pick some this weekend.
